Terms & Conditions

Please be aware that due to the vintage nature of some textiles used in the Paisley Daisy range, on occasion some areas of textile goods may show slight signs of age or wear. These details are rare and minor, and do not effect the overall character of a product. If however you are concerned with this matter please do not hesitate to email for a detailed description of your chosen piece(s) at any stage.

All orders of existing Paisley Daisy products will be dispatched within 2 working days. Orders should be received within 5-7 working days of the dispatch date.

Made to order items such as ‘Match’ requests and ‘Personalise’ commissions may take up to 2-3 weeks for delivery dependent on the nature of the request. Large orders may take longer. The production and delivery time for such orders will be confirmed in the initial ordering stages.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please inform Paisley Daisy by email or telephone within 7 working days from the date your purchase was received. A full refund or exchange will be offered for the returned product(s), along with the delivery costs, if returned in their original condition. Photo’s will be taken before dispatch as proof of condition before posting.

A refund will be sent to you in the form of a cheque upon notification of an order cancellation. Or other items from the Paisley Daisy range will be offered in exchange if preferred.

Unfortunately postage costs cannot be covered by Paisley Daisy for the return of goods, unless damaged or faulty upon arrival to you.* Paisley Daisy cannot accept responsibility if items are lost on return. Therefore Recorded Delivery is recommended.

*Please note; every effort is made to ensure your purchase(s) reach you in perfect condition. May we remind you that photos will be taken before dispatch as proof of condition before posting.

Paisley Daisy requests that you return all refunded/ unwanted goods to the Paisley Daisy address (please see contact page) within 14 days of the cancellation of order in their original condition.

Please inform Paisley Daisy within 24 hours of placing an order if you wish to cancel the order before it is despatched.

Any made to order items cannot be cancelled or refunded once the customer has viewed the products (through detailed photos over the internet) and agreed to purchase.

All orders under £34 are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Any orders over this amount will be sent by Special Delivery.

Postage costs are not stated within the cost of products but can be viewed separately at the shopping cart stage.

Pay Pal is the main accepted payment method for all orders, although cheques will be considered. Any cheque payments will need to be posted and cashed before ordered items are made and dispatched.

All items are subject to availability. Although every effort is made to remove an item from the website as soon as it is sold, if an order is placed on a sold item before we are able to remove it, you will be informed as soon as possible. Similar item(s) will be offered and a full refund is available if you are not happy with the substitute. Similar items may also appear on the website at a later date so it is worth checking back regularly.

All personal information supplied by you to Paisley Daisy (email, postal address) is kept confidential by Paisley Daisy. Paisley Daisy may occasionally email you with information on new products or offers. If you do not wish to receive such information please inform Paisley Daisy by email or telephone.

Your credit card details are not received by Paisley Daisy but are kept confidential through Pay Pal’s secure credit card processing service.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
